We are seeking a driven, reliable 1st or 2nd Year Apprentice Carpenter to join our team. Based out of Lara, we deliver high-quality residential projects across the West. What Your Day to Day Looks Like

- Structural Framing: Assisting with timber framing, lock-up, and fixing stages.
- Blueprint Translation: Learning how to read, interpret, and execute site plans accurately.
- Tool Mastery: Safely operating a wide range of hand and power tools under expert supervision.
- Site Management: Maintaining a clean, organised, and hazard-free workspace.
- Team Operations: Assisting with general site labour and manual handling to keep projects moving smoothly.

Non‑Negotiable Requirements

- To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A valid Construction Induction Card (White Card) .
- A current Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle (essential for travelling to various sites).
- A genuine passion for carpentry and a long‑term commitment to completing your 4‑year apprenticeship.
