Client Advisor – Part Time (20h) – Luxury Brand Boutique

Gi Group Spa, filiale di Massa Carrara, offers a position with a Luxury Brand boutique in Forte Dei Marmi. The role focuses on assisting and consulting customers in apparel and accessories.

Responsibilities

- Provide assisted sales and manage all point‑of‑sale activities.
- Ensure customer welcome and consultation.
- Perform client‑eling, manage CRM and communicate product and collection stories.
- Operate cash register and contribute to customer loyalty.

Qualifications

- Prior experience as a Client Advisor in a customer‑focused environment.
- Orientation towards customer retention.
- Positive attitude, pro‑social and team‑working orientation.
- Excellent English language skills; additional language is a plus.

Working Hours

Part‑time, 20 hours per week,



Monday to Sunday on a shift schedule.

Contract and Compensation

- Direct insertion with the client for a fixed term of 6 months.
- CCNL Commercio, 4th level.
- Annual gross salary between €25,000 and €26,000, pro‑rated for part‑time.
- Buoni pasto €8 per day and incentive system for performance objectives.

Forte Dei Marmi, Italy.
