trainingParticipate in key meetings & reviews.Support LEAN initiatives.Concur continuous improvement in Safety / Health / and Environmental Sustainability proposing targets and driving initiatives.Communicate eôectively with diôerent organizational levels.RequirementsExperience in the role of Assistant of RSPP.Ability to achieve results through eôective influencing and collaboratingUnderstanding of human behaviors/diversity and team dynamics.• University Degree in technical studies. Engineering background would be preferred.• Previous experience (4-5 years) in a similar role• Experience in Manufacturing sector is must.• Knowledge of current legislation on safety at work basic (d.Lgs 81/08)• Analytical and problem-solving skills• Proficient knowledge of Italian and English languages is a must.
