Move with us for a better world!Your RoleWe are looking for a talented and highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer Specialist to join our Operations Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy).In order to perform the role, you should be self-motivated, creative and proactive, able to work successfully in a dynamic environment that includes multiple platforms and architectures, technologies and work environments. Together with your team, you will take care of the management of Continuous Improvement and problem solving projects in the manufacturing fields, respecting the rules of Lean Thinking: you will also have the task of increasing production efficiency and identifying effective measures aimed at increasing the value for our customers.As part of the role,
you will be involved in projects aiming at improving Plant Standards and helping team leaders in the correct technical training of line operators. Together with the other business areas (R&D;, T&M;, QA, etc.) you will have the task of optimizing and monitoring production processes, production cycles and quality and technological standards while guaranteeing the safety standards of our production process.Your ImpactManage Problem Solving activities (6σ, Kaizen, etc ...) related to productionManage continuous improvement activities in productionManage line balances together with team leaders based on productivity needs, available resources and specific process criticalitiesOrganize training sessions (quality assurance, time and method and balancing of lines) and generate, standardize and improve training modulesEvaluate projects and resources needed to promote Continuous Improvement activitiesEnsure that occupational safety and ergonomics standards are met through the validation of manufacturing processes, equipment, masks, etcParticipate in process auditImprove quality control standardAbout YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical with a strong team-player mindset.
What you should bring:Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering, with a course of study focused on production and logistics1-2 year's of previous experience in a similar role or in manufacturing, production, time and methods or logistics areasFluent in Italian and English (minimum level required B2 CEFR)Knowledge of production processes and assembly processesKnowledge of Lean fundamentals (Value stream map, SMED, DMAIC process, 6σ, lean activities)Orientation to achieve objectivesGood interpersonal skillsExcellent computer skillsAn important plus is the candidate coming from Automotive or Industrial companies with series production, characterized by complexity and focused on continuous improvement and problem solvingKnowledge of SAP and Power BI will be considered a plusCompensation DataWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 30,000 and 50,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
