Reporting to the Intelligence & Travel Security Specialist of the Group, the **Intelligence & Travel Security Intern **will support the travel risk management and Intelligence analysis. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for monitoring and tracking activities, conducting training sessions, and raising awareness. **Responsibilities**: - _Monitoring/Tracking_ - S/he will be responsible for validating travel requests on the tracking platform against corresponding travelers on a daily basis. Any discrepancies found during this verification process should be detected, monitored, and recorded accurately.




- _Incident Management_ - Assist with all aspects of the incident management process, from evaluation to resolution. S/he will record all issues and help to design ways to prevent similar problems in the future.
- _Intelligence_ - S/he will support the Travel Security Team in gathering information, analyzing it, and assisting travelers with the security aspects of their trips.
- _Training_ - Ensure that appropriate travel security awareness training programs are correctly implemented and the relevant specific training delivered;
- _Social Media Monitoring_ - Maintaining social media monitoring intelligence monitoring program and reporting potential security threats as necessary. **What You Need to Be Successful**
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required, preferably in international affairs, political science, law or similar;
- An established understanding in international affairs (specifically pertaining to security);
- Ability in writing report relating to intelligence and travel security;
- Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written);
- Dedication, strong ability to work as a teammate as well as independently with a proactive and positive attitude;
- Precise and meticulous;
- Flexibility and adaptability, able to work in frequently changing situations (e.g. emergencies);
