Scope:· Manage Industrial activities related to Conselve Factory supporting running production and continuous improvement activities· Analyze current technologies used within the company and develop steps and processes to improve testing procedures.· Work closely with departments within the company to ensure hardware is available for projects and working properly.· Close collaboration with peers in facilities abroad can be expected.The Test Engineer in Conselve leads the test industrial activities defining and implementing methods and equipment linked mainly to ongoing products; The main tasks fall – depending on the project scope – into these categories:· Influence the design of the products from the most upstream phases of the Offer Creation Process: simultaneous and collaborative design of products, processes and flows· Be responsible of the electrical and test activities processes and flows until when reached the required level of robustness, capability and efficiency· Define the mandatory requirement for key processes and manage it during the product life· Coordinate process and flow modifications for the Product Evolution· Support the Offer Creation innovative industrial technologies when product requires· Support MLO definition on new units, with cost reduction activities acting on product and processesBackground & skills:· Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronics,
