In this role, you will lead and support international projects aimed at developing and implementing advanced production technologies for the efficient manufacturing of high-quality medical devices and pharmaceutical products. /p pYou will play a key role in driving innovation, optimizing production processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards across global manufacturing sites. /p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p pAs a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of manufacturing and industrialization projects by: /p ul lipLeading technical projects from concept through implementation,



ensuring performance, quality, cost, and timeline objectives are achieved. /p /li lipManaging project planning, budgeting, CAPEX requests, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination. /p /li lipConducting feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical evaluations to support strategic decision-making. /p /li lipDriving process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. /p /li lipEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirements, GMP standards, and internal quality systems. /p /li lipDeveloping and maintaining technical documentation, specifications, reports, and engineering drawings. /p /li lipCollaborating closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams. /p /li lipActing as a key interface between Development, Manufacturing, and Value Stream organizations. /p /li lipSupporting validation activities and the implementation of new technologies and manufacturing processes. /p /li lipIdentifying and resolving technical challenges throughout project execution and industrialization activities. /p /li /ul pbWhat We're Looking For /b /p h3bEducation Experience /b /h3 ul lipDegree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Process Engineering, or a related technical discipline. /p /li lipMinimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. /p /li lipProven experience managing engineering or industrialization projects. /p /li lipSolid background in production technologies and manufacturing processes. /p /li lipExperience within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industries is considered a strong advantage. /p /li lipKnowledge of GMP environments and Lean Manufacturing principles.
