**Production Engineering Specialist**:

In our Electrification Business, for Distribution Solutions Business Line, located in Dalmine, we are looking for a Production development Specialist, who will optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes and equipment in order to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs and safety. **Your responsibilities**: - Manufacturing Project
- Lead and coordinate functional manufacturing team in order to ensure the mass production release of new products in line with quality and cost target. Approve the design for processes developed internally or externally.




- Working phases - Define the working phase sequence of a new production process in order to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget; ensure appropriate production methods, cycle-time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets.
- Improvement projects - Identify and recommend improvement opportunities and implement improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality and cost requirements.
- Production support - Provide support to Production during the internal/external process/equipment start-up and defining action plans. Guarantee continuous support during mass production.
- Process technologies - Evaluate new process technologies to improve productivity, quality and cost reduction, coordinating the necessaries activities. **Your background**: - A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Management Energy Engineering;
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken;
- At least 2 years of experience in similar role;
- A basic knowledge of Solid Works, SAP
- Strong knowledge of Excel;
