? B2B – Rate Negotiable We are looking for a Technical Writer to join a project for our client, a company specializing in employee benefits and payment solutions. What you'll do:

Create and maintain technical documentation and instructions for three teams.

Document IT systems and processes.

Identify and fill documentation gaps.

During the handover period, rebuild missing documentation describing the current system.

Work with tools such as Confluence.

Quickly learn and document a Salesforce system. What we're looking for:

Strong technical writing skills.

Experience documenting IT systems and processes.

Experience with documentation tools, e.g. Confluence.

Ability to quickly learn new systems and understand complex technical processes.
