**Summary**:
As Demand Planner you will manage forecast, demand and supply process of the brand portfolio assigned, with responsibility on stock level while avoiding stock outs, with a successful anticipation of demand patterns and reaction to unexpected changes in demand. You will manage logistic Life Cycle of assigned products: from launch to production transfer, artwork update, drug substance/production method change, until pruning or divestment. You will manage Forecasting for several NVS Brands through S&BP; process in close collaboration with F&A;, Mktg, Market Insight and SCM. **About the Role**:
**Key responsibilities**: - Understand & follow the Global integrated supply chain processes.
- Lead forecasting process and ensure forecast reliability and monitor deviations through regular meetings with marketing and finance.
- Generate supply plan with production and external supplier. Collaborate with Global Supply Chain to maintain plans updated and shared.
- Maintaining all finished products within agreed inventory parameters to ensure continuity of supply, avoiding out of stock and write offs.
- Supervise order fulfilment process from forecast to receipt of goods in our warehouse.
- Manage product logistic life cycle events such as launches, transfer of production site, production technical changes, artwork update,



pruning and divestments.
- Collaborate with Drug Regulatory Affair and Quality Assurance, to guarantee full compliance of product sold in the market.
- Collaborate with Global Supply Chain and production plants in order to ensure full plan and information sharing.
- Play a key role in Supply Chain project, as well as becoming responsible of drug tracking (submission of NVS Italy sales data to HA) in close collaboration with Patient Access and F&A; **Essential requirements**: - Degree in Engineering or Economics
- Very good command of English and Italain (spoken & written)
- Supply chain experience in multinational Company
- Good knowledge of forecasting and planning processes
- Pharmaceutical sector experience
- Good knowledge of SAP R3
