- The workplace service manager, with a strong focus on customer is also responsible for, PC and printers fleet management, Service Improvement initiatives, vendor performance management. There will be opportunities in Agrate. Castelletto and Catania sites. **DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**
- Technical skills and knowledge of infrastructure, telecom and workplace services and solutions, office automation tools, smart mobile devices,
and unified communication tools.
- awareness on contractual KPIs at targeted level (SLA, other KPIs)
- English is a must along with Italian as mother tongue language
- Sufficient organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiar with ITIL V4, Lean Methodologies and other service management best practices.
