**Accountant - Finance Department**

To compliment this dynamic team, we are currently looking for an **Accountant **for the Finance Department in our Ingram Micro Italy office near Milan (in Settala). **Responsibilities**: - General ledger
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Good knowledge of vat law and its fulfillments
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Assist with accounting projects
- Secures financial information by completing database backups
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
- E-invoicing archiving activities **Requirements**: - 8-10 years work experience in accounting/finance in international companies
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen




- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
