We are looking for an Equipment Supply Leader (ESL) in charge of machines manufactured in our Italian Production Centers. The position is open in Parma. **Your Mission**: - Ensure proper scope of supply definition at Kick Off Meeting
- Manage request of change of scope of supply during machine execution
- Supervise and control all execution activities within the scope of supply, aimed to meet requested delivery date and Sidel quality standards
- Monitor daily activities and internal milestones
- Support the cost control activities within Sidel Production Centers
- Drive risk analysis and mitigation plans, escalate issues properly
- Coordinate all parties involved in Order Fulfilment process aimed to achieve quality and OTIF delivery
- Identify and ensure feedback for process and quality improvement opportunities
- Report KPIs needed to measure performance according to target
- Manage and coach the team, develop team members’ competencies **Your Profile**: - Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English
- Min 2-3 years of experience in the Supply Chain function
