Crown Tours is looking for a Rome-based Social Media Manager with exceptional storytelling, creativity, and collaboration skills to create engaging content, connect with diverse audiences, and elevate our online presence. **Who are we looking for?** **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to ensure consistent and strategic posting.
- Create insightful monthly performance reports, analyzing key metrics to guide future strategy.
- Craft engaging, platform-specific copy for Meta, LinkedIn, blog posts, and other digital content that aligns with the brand's tone and voice.
- Regularly post content and actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build community and foster brand loyalty.




- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for social platforms.
- Stay updated with trends in design and content to keep posts fresh and relevant. **Requirements**: - Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
- High level in Adobe Suite
- High knowledge of social media platforms, copywriting, and SEO.
- Strong communication skills in English, minimum level C1 (Italian a plus).
