The restaurant prides itself on delivering an unforgettable dining experience and is committed to culinary excellence. **Role Description** This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing customer service, communicating effectively, and managing food and beverage operations on a daily basis. **Requirements**: - Preferably at least 2 years of professional experience on similar position in a upper upscale hotel
- Proven management experience
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- High leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team and achieve high level of performance and quality
- Ability to manage conflict/resolution
- Be flexible with work schedule
- Required languages: Italian, English **Responsibilities**:



- Manage daily operations in cooperation with the Restaurant Manager
- Food & Beverage operations expertise
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Manage cost controls
- Supervise policy and procedures implementation
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- Plan and manage day to day operations of the Restaurant Dept
- Be environmentally aware
