- Manage event bookings using the in-house system, creating written confirmations and function sheets.
- Liaise with clients to obtain accurate event details and establish requirements, identifying how the hotel can meet their needs.
- Respond to all M&E; enquiries promptly, in-line with company standards.
- Maximise sales, occupancy and revenue by up-selling equipment, F&B; and relevant hotel facilities.
- Compile and distribute accurate function sheets,



discussing with Operations Team as required.
- Work collaboratively to achieve department objectives and budget.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work as business requires.
- Ensure brand standards are consistently met and revenue is maximised. **Qualifications**
- Laurea triennale in qualsiasi campo
- Almeno 3-4 anni di esperienza nelle vendite
- Forte capacità interpersonali e di leadership
- Esperienza nella gestione di hotel/proprietà
- Competenza nella comunicazione in inglese
- Robusto nel guidare i risultati e buone tecniche di negoziazione
