- **What are we looking for**:_ Are you passionate about fashion and public relations? We are seeking an enthusiastic Intern to join our PR team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of fashion and public relations. - **Responsabilities**:_
- Handle day-to-day sample requests from, press, stylists, influencers and brand internal requests. Proactively outreaching to Fashion Assistants and stylists for potential opportunities.
- Preparation and packaging of shoe samples for stylist pull requests, ensuring timely shipments.
- Organize and maintain the inventory, keeping track of all product samples and their status.
- Help with tracking PR activities and compiling reports on media coverage and product placements.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Continuously update internal databases
- Be responsible of the execution of gifting projects, including ordering packaging, couriers and tracking results




- Showroom / sample management
- Monitoring and clipping all press and VIP coverage
- Assisting with the execution of brand events
- Assist the PR Director in daily tasks and needs including agenda management
- Calendar - Schedule meetings and ensures that all preparations are made prior to the meeting time.
- Assist with administrative and logistics tasks.
- **Qualifications and skills**:_
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Communication or ongoing studies.
- Detail oriented, with excellent organisational skills.
- Time efficient, able to prioritize and multitask Must be self-motivated, trustworthy, team player, flexible and professional
- Fluency in English is essential
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram and Tik Tok).
- Previous internship experience in PR, fashion, or luxury brands is a plus.
