- RINA is currently recruiting for a **HR People Development Intern** to join its office in **Genoa, Italy** within the Global People Experience Division. **Mission**
- Support in the development and implementation of the People Development Area #LI-MR1**Key Accountabilities**
- 1) Support the management of all development initiatives, including coaching, mentorship, and assessment programs on a global scale.
- 2) Assist with dissemination and communication activities to ensure smooth and effective information sharing.
- 3) Partner with the international HR team and managers on dissemination activities related to people development topics.
- 4) Process and analyze data, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all reports
- 5) Support the optimization and enhancement of processes within the function, with a strong focus on performance management and talent management initiatives. **Qualifications**
