OHB Italia is seeking for its Logistics department in Milan for immediate start a **Logistics, Transportation and Warehouse Supervisor M/F Ref. Logistics_2025** **Tasks**:
**Logistics & Transportation**: - Plan and coordinate transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of our products.
- Optimize route planning, carrier selection, and fleet management for cost-effectiveness.
- Preparation of logistics and inport/export customs documentation.
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve any transportation issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company transportation policies. **Warehouse Management**: - Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
- Ensure proper organization, labeling, and handling of goods to minimize damage.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety and security protocols.
- Coordinate with procurement /purchasing and production to ensure efficiency. **Operational & Administrative Duties**: - Develop and implement standard operating procedures for logistics and warehouse operations.




- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency.
- Train and supervise warehouse and logistics staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to best aerospace practices.
- Prepare reports on logistics, transportation, and warehouse activities for management review. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation, and warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation planning.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management.
- Familiarity with local and international shipping regulations.
