- The Sales Lines Stone Manager is responsible to for developing, implementing, driving and monitoring the glass material sales strategy in the ICEE market to achieve company objectives and goals for Lines business
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. Manage sales Lines Stone to strategic clients and existing customer relationships.
- 2. Analyze sales Lines Stone performance,



identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to achieve set objectives.
- 3. Analyze and interpret glass material scenarios in the ICEE Cluster, providing valuable feedback to the Market and Lines Director for informed decision-making
- ACTIVITIES
- Analyze commercial activities (STL definition, consistency check, market coverage KPI, closing rate, etc.) and performance (order entry, turnover, margins) through periodic reporting and Business Reviews for Systems business and direct the periodic sales forecasting processes;
- Collaborate with the Market Director to define commercially strengthening actions (marketing initiatives, etc.) in consideration of the performance and the objectives set and propose potential solutions for the continuous improvement of the commercial effectiveness;
- Achieve the objectives of order entry, turnover and margins by area of competence
- REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business/Economics/Industrial Engineering or Diploma with relevant work experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English
