**Job Description Summary**: Logistic Specialist will be responsible for the execution of daily logistic operations to support the logistic team to achieve daily delivery and quality targets for Avenza shop. She/He will report to the Logistic Leader in the Material & Planning Avenza Shop organization. This role is a permanent full-time position. **As Logistic Specialist, you will be responsible for**: - Execution of daily logistic operations within the Avenza Shop Logistic Operations team.
- Ensure that all warehouse transactions are performed with the right quality and OTD.
- Cooperation with logistic functions (short term planner, supervisors, logistic specialist and logistic leader) to review scheduled activities to achieve production targets.
- Support to logistic supervisors and shop operators for daily problem resolution.
- Support to Logistic Leader for Daily Management System tier 1 problem solving.




- Cooperation with the different departments within the Material & Planning team to guarantee the execution of general shop production delivery targets.
- Intensive usage of ERP, Office tools and Shop Management system software to perform logistic tasks. **Required Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma) or equivalent knowledge or work experience
- Working knowledge of Windows Office and ERP system (Oracle or SAP)
- Strong oral and written communication skills, both in Italian & English
- Minimum experience in managing complex environment.
- Preferred proven experience in logistic and warehouse operations. **Additional Information**:
