Collaboration with activation practice leaders and other departments is essential to develop and execute initiatives that enhance the Client’s business. Relationship Management: Own and foster strong Client relationships in line with the established relationship strategy. Client Development: Proactively identify and flag cross-sell and upsell opportunities to enhance Client growth. Commercial & Service Ownership: Ensure seamless service delivery and maintain profitability of the Client account.
