As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for Site localizations, Category management and Supplier development & management as part of the Outdoor Wireless Networks group. You will work closely with Global teams to (goal of position). This role will be based in Agrate, Italy. **You Will Make an Impact By**: - Lead Commodity and category management at site for the Business unit
- Lead vendor qualification, onboarding and documentation processes.
- Support cost-saving and localization initiatives under the guidance of Sourcing and Operations leads.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Supplier Quality, and Operations for First Article Inspection (FAI) & part qualification tracking.




- Manage supply chain risk and relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of supply while meeting quality and service requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement efforts with project or operational requirements.
- Responsibility for Procure to Pay process.
- Cost, lead time, vendor performance analysis and monitoring
- Ensure accuracy of records and data in ERP / SAP. **Required Qualifications for Consideration**: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or equivalent field.
- 5-8 years of core experience in Sourcing, procurement operations, and vendor coordination.
- ERP experience is mandatory.
- Exposure to MRO procurement or indirect sourcing preferred. **You Will Excite Us If You**: - Hands-On experience in P2P process
- Expertise in Supply Chain Management ( CIPS / CSCM / MBA )
- Experience in SAP and Data Analysis
