This is a **remote-first**, project-based role supporting the Director of a boutique publishing and creative studio. You’ll help coordinate editorial, fashion, and visual projects with flexibility and autonomy — no full-time on-site presence required. **Please read the full description before applying. Applications via Indeed only.**
**English fluency required.** We’re seeking a sharp, reliable, and emotionally intelligent assistant to support our creative director and keep our studio’s operations flowing.
This is a hybrid role that combines support, scheduling, follow-ups, inbox and ops coordination, and keeping complex creative workflows on track. You’ll be the right hand in a fast-moving creative environment — where publishing, production, design, and storytelling converge. **Key Responsibilities**
- Act as day-to-day support: inbox triage, scheduling, reminders, and light task/project tracking
- Organize follow-ups with partners, clients, and applicants
- Maintain calendars, deadlines, and meeting notes
- Coordinate basic operational workflows (e.g., hiring, vendor communication, internal process steps)
- Help ensure creative projects (magazines, photo shoots, videos) stay on track through structure and follow-through
- Create clarity in chaos: track next steps, make lists, draft reminders, communicate clearly **Who We’re Looking For**
- A degree in publishing, communications, media, cultural studies,
or a related creative field — or equivalent hands-on experience in production or studio coordination.
- 2-4 years of experience in executive assistance, studio/project coordination, or editorial/publishing support roles — ideally within a creative or media environment
- Structured and proactive: you don’t wait for tasks — you anticipate them
- Emotionally intelligent and calm under pressure
- Fluent in written and spoken English (near-native tone preferred)
- Tasteful, culturally aware, and confident in creative or boutique environments
- Bonus: experience in creative agencies, publishing, fashion, or founder-facing roles **What We Offer**
- Flexible, remote-first setup
- A meaningful, growing role with access to the core of a unique studio
- The chance to help shape beautiful projects in print, film, and fashion
- Honest collaboration and space to grow into a more strategic support role **To Apply**
- A short note (max 250 words) on: - Why this type of studio/founder role appeals to you
- What strengths you bring in managing operations and communication
