**About Us** **Titan4** is a digital platform that integrates **satellite data, field sensors, and AI** to provide **support to decision makers of critical infrastructure**: water networks, dams, bridges, railways, power grids, and urban environments. We work with utilities, major industrial players, public administrations, and infrastructure operators, with a strong focus on innovation and reliability. **The Role** You will be a key player in developing our B2B and B2G market, shaping our go-to-market strategy and helping turn opportunities into long-term contracts. **Key Responsibilities**
- Drive client acquisition across utility companies, EPCs, public agencies, and infrastructure operators through business scouting and strategic outreach
- Identify and qualify commercial opportunities linked to **public tenders and competitive procurement**, supporting offer preparation alongside the technical team
- Map relevant markets and stakeholders (water, energy, transport, environment, civil protection)
- Negotiate and structure framework agreements, technology partnerships, and channel strategies
- Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to adapt and position our offering effectively
- Represent Titan4 at industry events, trade fairs, and institutional meetings **Requirements**: - Minimum **7 years of experience** in business development, complex B2B sales,



or strategic partnerships in technical or industrial sectors
- Deep understanding of the **infrastructure ecosystem** (e.g., utilities, transportation, energy, engineering firms, public sector)
- Strong experience with **public tenders and bidding processes**, including technical and commercial documentation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Political Science, International Relations, or similar
- Fluent in Italian and professional proficiency in English **Nice to Have**
- Knowledge of monitoring platforms, GIS, remote sensing, sensor networks, or digital twin technologies
- Established network in at least one of our core target sectors
