We are expanding our creative team and looking for a highly skilled Lead Interior Designer to join us and bring visionary concepts to life through elegant, functional, and client-focused design solutions. **Key Responsibilities**: - Meet with clients to discuss and determine interior design requirements.
- Advise clients on design factors such as space planning, layout, and the use of furnishings or equipment and color coordination.
- Develop solutions using SIV and newly researched products related to furniture, wardrobes, lighting, kitchens, wall finishes, and soft furnishings.
- Interpret client needs into conceptual and working plans.
- Use CAD, 3DMax, or similar software to create models and visuals.
- Prepare detailed plans, sketches, and diagrams for construction, materials, finishes, lighting, and furnishings.
- Research and source materials and products.
- Estimate material requirements and costs; present for client approval.
- Coordinate with suppliers for materials and product selections.
- Supervise site work to ensure quality and compliance with standards and deadlines.
- Resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate work progress.
- Collaborate with decorators,



designers, architects, and contractors.
- Report to senior management as required.
- Perform additional design-related duties as assigned.
- Supervise daily showroom operations, team performance, and product displays.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking of showroom items.
- Assist walk-in clients and promote product offerings.
- Track showroom sales and propose improvements.
- Plan and support showroom events and promotions. **Qualifications & Experience**: - Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of proven experience in interior design, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of furniture and kitchen design is essential
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3DMax, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.)
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Experience managing client relations and handling turnkey design projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
