What We’re Looking For: - Experience with **specialty coffee** (dialing in espresso, pour-overs, milk texturing, etc.)
- Knowledge of coffee origins, extraction, and equipment
- Warm, professional customer service — you're the face of the café
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
