You’ll work closely with our Finance & Operations team to support day-to-day financial processes - from payments and invoicing to budget tracking and reporting. You’ll gain exposure to how finance operates inside a remote-first, high-growth startup while contributing directly to our financial accuracy and efficiency. **Responsibilities**: - Assist in preparing financial reports, expense breakdowns, and budget forecasts;
- Support customer payment monitoring, bank reconciliations, and vendor invoices;
- Help maintain internal documentation and finance procedures;




- Collaborate with our accountant and cross-functional teams (Sales, Ops, Marketing) on financial operations;
- Work with finance tools and spreadsheets to help track and organize financial data. **Requirements**: - Currently pursuing or having recently obtained a degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
- Basic understanding of financial accounting and reporting principles;
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2+) and Italian (Native);
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel;
