This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a dynamic team, craft unforgettable culinary experiences, and be part of a broader international hotel group with precense in 5+ countries in Europe. **Key Responsibilities**: - Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, catering services, and special events tailored to a varied guest profile.
- Develop and implement innovative operational strategies that drive revenue growth, maximize profitability, and ensure outstanding guest satisfaction across multiple service channels.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team to deliver consistent, exceptional service and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and supplier negotiations to optimize operational efficiency.
- Oversee planning and execution of menus, promotions,



and events that align with guest preferences and current industry trends.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards while maintaining quality control.
- Collaborate closely with senior management, culinary teams, and other departments to align food and beverage offerings with overall business goals and community engagement.
- Act as the primary liaison for key clients and partners regarding food and beverage services and event coordination.
