**What functions will you perform?**:
Under the supervision of the head of the Development area and in collaboration with the different areas of the company, he/she will be responsible to ensure compliance with all environmental and territorial regulations, proactively and accurately managing each stage of the authorisation processes for our projects:
- In-depth knowledge and continuous updating of Italian regulations concerning environmental assessments and authorisation procedures for RES plants, with a specific focus on agri-voltaic and BESS plants.
- Proven experience in constraint analysis and feasibility studies.
- In-depth knowledge and ability to supervise Environmental Impact Studies feasibility studies, environmental Due Diligence for agrivoltaics and BESS projects.
- Expertise in the management of procedural and authorisation processes for RES plants: EIA, PAUR, AU, PAS.
- Expertise in the analysis of territorial planning instruments (national, regional, provincial, municipal, sector plans, constraints and protections).
- Familiarity with the procedures for issuing permits and authorisations (e.g. prior verification of archaeological interest, landscape authorisations, etc.).
- Perform site visits at project sites for the preliminary identification of potential environmental criticalities to be managed during the development phase.
- Manage meeting with Codeveloper/External engineering adviser and Authorities during the permitting phase
- Work closely with engineering,



operations and compliance teams to ensure effective integration of environmental practices at all stages of the project. **Your profile**: - Degree in environmental or scientific discipline (i.e. Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Biology, Geology, etc.)
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in renewable energy projects and knowledge of associated technologies.
- Familiarity with environmental and safety regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret environmental data.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment and attitude for good relationships with authorities, clients, providers, internal stakeholders.
