The Junior HR Generalist supports the HR Business Partner in processes such as personnel management, recruiting and onboarding, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, training, and employee development. **Tasks and responsibilities**:



- Recruitment and selection of personnel

- Management of reports, organizational charts, and job descriptions
- Handling of employment contracts
