In our Finance/Administration Department We are looking for a **Junior Operation Officer** This role is designed for someone with a strong interest in technology, IT systems, and digital transformation. Alongside logistic and supply chain activities, you will contribute to the evolution of our IT infrastructure, support cloud investment strategies, and help ensure that Aresys remains at the forefront of efficiency and innovation. Over time, you will develop the cross-functional capabilities needed to step into a future COO role. **Main tasks and responsibilities**:
**Operations & Finance**
- Support the CFO in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and cost control. with budgeting, reporting and cost control, with a focus on operational efficiency, helping identify process improvement.
- Help monitor KPIs and business performance across departments.
- Assist in procurement processes and contract administration. **Internal Services & Facility Management**
- Oversee day-to-day management of facilities, labs, and office spaces.
- Coordinate logistics, suppliers, and internal services to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and security standards.



**IT Infrastructure & Digital Transformation**
- Support the management and evolution of the company’s IT infrastructure.
- Contribute to strategies for cloud adoption, SaaS platforms, and digital tool integration.
- Help evaluate and implement cybersecurity measures, backup policies, and IT governance practices.
- Work with internal teams and external providers to improve collaboration tools, data storage, and business continuity. **Growth & Strategic Support**
- Participate in cross-department projects with increasing responsibility.
- Gain exposure to strategic planning and company-wide process improvement.
- Develop the skillset required to progress into a COO position. **Required skills**: - Familiarity with IT systems, networks and digital workplace tools.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
- Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of ERP or project management tools is a plus.
- Curiosity for high-tech industries (aerospace/engineering background is a strong plus)
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset, able to bridge business and technology. **Your background**: - Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
