- You will support the team in managing event partnerships, booth designs and sponsorships to align with business objectives, customer experience, and lead generation.
- You will support the delivery of compelling event content, including presentations, interviews, invitations, and promotional materials for multi-channel distribution.
- You will work closely with SEU, EMEA, and local teams to align events with broader marketing strategies.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and industry partners.




- You will support digital marketing integration by analyzing digital KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities. **Your expertise**: - A qualification/degree in a relevant field such as **Marketing, Communications, or Business**.
- Previous experience (even informal) in event planning would be a plus.
- Strong interest in Marketing, Communications and Event Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well within a team.
- Creativity and a basic understanding of what makes an event engaging.
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)—daily working language.
- Contractual requirement: must be **under 29 years old** to be eligible for a professional apprenticeship contract (Contratto di Apprendistato). **Who we are**:
