**Early Years (0-6) Teacher and Site Coordinator**:
The Baby College in Monza, an integral part of the Rootes School educational project, is seeking a qualified and motivated professional to join our team dedicated to early childhood education (ages 0-6).
**The Role**
In collaboration with the Academic Coordinator, the person will be responsible for: - Ensuring the educational, organizational, and relational quality of the school;
- Contributing to the creation of a stimulating, inclusive, and bilingual learning environment;
- Promoting the well-being and holistic development of children, in line with the pedagogical values of the Rootes project. - Holds a qualification that enables teaching in early childhood education (or equivalent for the 0-6 age range);
- Has an excellent command of English (C1 level or native speaker), with the ability to lead bilingual educational activities;




- Has proven experience in the 0-6 educational sector;
- Possesses strong organizational and team coordination skills;
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with families, colleagues, and school leadership;
