As a Pharmacovigilance Lead within IQVIA's Lifecycle Safety team, you will guide a growing PV function for pharma and biotech clients. You'll blend people leadership, client partnership, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality PV and medical information activities. You will be a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders across multiple projects, driving compliance, inspections readiness, and process improvements.

base pay range (53,200.00–79,800.00 annually)

Support regulatory compliance and inspection readiness of PV processes

Deliver PV training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field

Significant experience in Pharmacovigilance within CRO/pharma/healthcare

Strong knowledge of European pharmacovigilance regulations and processes

Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement

Ability to work independently and lead teams in a dynamic environment
