Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry. **Role Overview** Campari Group is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Legal Intern to join the Group Legal Affairs team at our global headquarters. This internship is ideal for a recent graduate with a Business Law background and a strong interest in Legal Operations, digital legal and corporate tools, and corporate governance processes within a dynamic multinational environment. The role offers hands‑on exposure to the legal technologies and governance frameworks that support a global listed company, with a particular focus on contract management systems, entity management, process optimization and corporate governance matters. **Key Responsibilities** Legal Operations & Digital Tools
- Support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of digital and corporate tools such as the Group Contract Management System, including: - Data quality checks
- User support and troubleshooting
- Assist in mapping, documenting, and optimizing legal processes to enhance efficiency and standardization across the Group. Corporate Governance & Entity Management
- Support the Corporate Governance team in managing corporate documentation for listed company and subsidiaries.
- Assist in preparing board and shareholder meeting materials, resolutions, and corporate filings.
- Help maintain the Group’s entity management database/tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
- Conduct legal research on corporate governance topics, regulatory developments, and best practices relevant to a listed multinational group. General Legal Support
- Assist in drafting and reviewing standard legal documents under supervision.
- Conduct research on commercial and corporate matters.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support legal requests.
- Contribute to internal reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking for Legal Operations initiatives. **Education & Skills**
- Recent graduate with a Master’s degree in Law, Business Law, or related field.
- Strong interest in Legal Operations, legal technology, and process improvement.
- Solid understanding of contract law, corporate governance principles, and the functioning of multinational corporate structures.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with contract management or entity management tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are an asset.
