**Position**:
The Internal Control Manager Special Projects will join the FENDI WW Internal Control team, reporting directly to the WW Internal Control Head. This role will be key, with a specific focus on innovation projects, special assignments, internal investigations, and corporate audits, contributing significantly to strengthening the Maison's internal control system. **Job responsibilities**: - **Control Evaluation and Monitoring**:Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of existing controls by conducting periodic operational reviews, formulating recommendations, and following up on their implementation. Conduct periodic analysis and prepare detailed reports;
- **Audit Planning**:Support the definition of a risk-based audit plan for corporate processes and ensure its timely and efficient execution;
- **Annual Testing Campaign**:Actively collaborate on the Group's annual testing campaign, ensuring the maximization of results and optimization of resources;
- **Process Compliance**:Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the compliance of corporate processes with Maison guidelines, current regulations, and business standards;
- **Reporting and Presentations**:Prepare effective summaries and clear presentations to share results, analyses, and recommendations with Top Management;
- **Policy and Procedure Review**:Support the review of corporate policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with LVMH Group standards and external regulations, adopting a proactive risk prevention approach;
- **International Assignments**:The role includes assignments within the Maison's global ecosystem, with significant international exposure, contributing to projects and activities across various geographical areas;




- **Investigations and Due Diligence**:Collaborate on or autonomously conduct internal fraud investigations, whistleblowing analyses, special case reviews, and operational/financial due diligences;
- **Best Practice Promotion**:Promote internal control best practices and support business groups in achieving their objectives and targets, acting as an internal consultant;
- **Innovation and Projects**:Act as Project Manager for the Department’s innovation projects, effectively utilizing data analytics and Artificial Intelligence to improve and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of auditing and investigation practices;
- **Team Collaboration**:As an integral part of the WW Internal Control team, the Internal Control Manager may also be involved in supporting the broader activities of the team. **Profile**: - **Studies**:Bachelor’s degree. Economics or Management preferred;
- **Languages**:English fluency is mandatory. French is considered a plus;
- **Technology**:Proficient in data analysis, analytics, and statistical tools (e.g., advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau), and effective presentation creation (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva). Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus;
- **Attitude**:Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and professional judgment. An "out-of-the-box" mindset, flexibility, and a fast-learner.



Ability to develop executive-level analyses. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both Top Management and operational levels, adapting communication style. Ability to build effective working relationships. A team player with the capability to work autonomously. Excellent time management skills and the ability to deliver within tight deadlines;
