Your journey begins with immersive rotations in têxtile production, giving you hands‑on exposure to every phase of the manufacturing process. Working closely with planning teams, you will build a strong command of strategic planning and understand how it shapes our overall business performance. The programme will conclude with you gaining in‑depth understanding of retail merchandising and stock management, equipping you to make data‑driven decisions that improve operational efficiency and elevate customer experience.
