- Discover more about our company wide benefits and life at GSK on our webpage _Life at GSK | GSK_ **Scope** The Established Sterile Investigation Team Coordinator assures an effective management of the team to assure the overall quality and effectiveness of the deviation, CAPA and complaints within established sterile department (FD, SHCF, FD Inspection) and ensures best practices are in place and in use, seeks for continuous improvement. Ensures capabilities buildup within the team through effective coaching and monitoring. **Direct Reports**: 8 people **_ In this role, You will:_**
- Ensure suitable management of deviation and investigation and adherence to due date
- Responsible to guarantee management of deviations through adequate root cause analysis and identification of effective CAPAs
- Focus on people development within the team
- Ensure effective collaboration with all parties involved in Deviation and CAPA management (Msat, maintenance, engineering, operations)




- Responsible for the effectiveness of Deviation and CAPA end to end process and customer complain investigation
- Co-responsible with Production Departments for the progressive reduction of deviation through adequate root cause analysis and implementation of effective CAPA
- Ensure adequate KPI and governance are in place and in use to monitor, track and drive progress (i.e. human errors, recurrent deviations, deviation overdue, CAPA overdue, CAPA effectiveness checks)
- Escalate risks, issues and proposing action plan
- Support audits preparation and be the “deviation fronter” during inspections
- Ensure adherence to GMP, standard operating procedures and GSK wows **Why You?** **Basic Qualifications & Skills** **We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals**: - Scientific Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, Biotechnology etc.
- Extensive experience in a pharmaceutical company
- Strong experience in sterile productions
- Experience in Deviation & CAPA management
- Previous experience as people manager / team coordinator
- Advanced knowledge of the Italian and English language, written and spoken.
