**THE INTERNSHIP**:
**Tasks & what you will be learning**: - Explore the structure and significance of production documentation in pharmaceutical environments.
- Recognize the importance of accurate registration of operations as prescribed by Batch Records.
- Understand the proper conservation and management of documentation for each Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) batch.
- Learn how to write, maintain, and align Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with regulatory guidelines.
- Discover the role of Quality Assurance in SOP development and employee training.
- Manage deviations and evaluate their impact on batch release.
- Implement the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) process to address and prevent deviations. **Requirements**: - Ideally master's degree in CTF or Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Quality Assurance.
- Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English (level B2/C1/C2).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
