Who Can Apply

We welcome accomplished consulting and industry leaders with substantial expertise in Energy & Natural Resources in the Italian market and are motivated to grow our successful franchise in Milan. We value different professional and personal backgrounds and assess candidates on the evidence of impact, leadership, judgment, and potential they bring. At least 6-8 years of relevant professional experience, with significant experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or a comparable advisory environment.

Demonstrated expertise in Energy & Natural Resources sectors, such as utilities, power & gas, energy infrastructure, private capital. A strong record of leading complex strategy and transformation projects Demonstrated commercial contribution, including identifying opportunities, shaping propositions, and supporting or leading business development. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing, diverse teams.

Fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to work effectively in both languages. A master's degree or MBA with a strong academic record. Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus,
