The role involves extensive interaction with internal colleagues from multiple countries, as well as with external suppliers, therefore it is important that you are open, flexible, approachable, and service-minded. **Role to be based in Porto, Madrid or Milan, reporting to the Head of Strategic Procurement South of Europe Zone.** **Your role**: - Prepare and conduct negotiations with third-party suppliers (both direct and indirect categories)
- Support tendering and bidding processes
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Project Managers) on sales opportunities and project implementations
- Manage supplier qualification, selection, evaluation, development, and classification processes
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and external legislation
- Update supplier master data and coordinate collection of relevant documentation
- Deliver and follow up on key performance indicators and objectives
- Participate in continuous process improvements and system updates **Your expertise**: - Strong negotiator with a keen sense of commercial acumen
- Solid commercial, financial,



and contractual understanding
- High degree of ownership - capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Structured, solution-oriented, and skilled at building relationships across functions
- Interest in implementing new digital solutions to optimize processes and workflows
- Good presentation skills **Your Qualification**
- Bachelor degree in Business, Life Sciences, Supply Chain or similar or equivalent previous experience
- Fluent in English language, both spoken and written (Italian and/or Spanish is an advantage) **Additional Requirements**
- Willingness to travel
