Responsibilities

- Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Lead end-to-end marketing planning across Switzerland, Italy, Portugal, and Spain.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with regional and global business objectives.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable market and dealer-level plans.
- Campaign & Channel Management
- Oversee execution and optimisation across:
- Paid media
- Social media
- PR and earned media
- CRM and email marketing




- Retail and partner marketing
- Experiential and live events
- Ensure campaigns deliver against clearly defined KPIs and business objectives.
- Performance & Growth
- Drive demand generation, lead acquisition, customer engagement, and community growth.
- Monitor performance, analyse results, and optimise investment to maximise ROI.
- Manage large-scale marketing budgets (approximately €3 million).
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, coach, and develop the regional marketing team.
- Foster a positive, high-performing, and inclusive team culture.
- Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Dealer Development teams to deliver integrated commercial plans.
- Manage external agencies and strategic marketing partners across multiple markets.
- Events & Customer Experience
- Lead planning and execution of regional events, exhibitions, customer activations, community programmes, and partner events.
- Create memorable experiences that strengthen customer loyalty and brand advocacy.

Required Skills

- 8+ years' experience in marketing leadership roles.
- Experience in automotive, premium consumer products, lifestyle, retail, sports, or related industries.
- Proven success developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple countries or regions.
- Strong people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
- Deep understanding of digital-first, omnichannel marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive business decisions.
- Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and multiple agency relationships.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
