Company Description Mercurio Industrial Group is Italy’s first founder-led holding company focused on serially acquiring and scaling HVAC, electrical, and plumbing service businesses across Italy. The group’s mission is to build a modern industrial platform around mission-critical service companies that support the backbone of the Italian real economy. Backed by €40 millions in equity, the group is fully operational, with several companies already in its portfolio and a growing acquisition pipeline.
Mercurio preserves the long-term value, brand and legacy of the businesses it acquires, partnering with ambitious entrepreneurs looking to accelerate growth. More information is available at www.mercurio.capital Why join us Mercurio's mission is to build Italy’s leading industrial group powering the backbone of the economy, and playing a major role in trends such as electrification, decarbonization and AI infrastructure buildup. This is a career-defining opportunity for both experienced leaders who want to enter the world of roll-ups from an operator’s perspective, and for hungry, ambitious professionals who want to help build a generational company from the ground up.
You will join a lean HQ team comprising the two founders, a CFO, an Industry Advisor and a small number of other senior professionals currently being recruited. Every team member holds meaningful responsibility for the venture’s success; the ability to work autonomously, to execute with determination and act fast is therefore essential. Above all, we value dedication, ownership and hunger for success more than years of experience.
Role Description As Integration Manager,

Day-to-day tasks include mapping existing workflows, standardizing key processes, overseeing data and system migration, and monitoring integration milestones and KPIs.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Relevant experience in post-acquisition integration management, preferably at a corporate serial acquirer, in client-deployed strategic consulting, or at a scale-up, ideally within industrial services;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to work effectively with founders, senior leadership, and on-site teams.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting to monitor integration progress and outcomes.

€75.000 - €95.000 gross base salary (RAL), based on relevant Experience; Yearly premio based on performance;
Company car from premium brand;
