Comprehensive knowledge and application of current nursing issues relevant to Surgical Services areas together with demonstrated knowledge of legislation, standards and policies affecting clinical practice.

Proven ability to contribute effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary senior management team with proven experience in the management of physical, financial and human resources under a clinical service model or similar environment.
