Job Summary:

Nova Biomedical is seeking a Sales Manager, Clinical-Local to support the continued growth of our clinical business in South Korea. This role is responsible for developing and executing plans to grow market share, achieve annual sales targets, support distributors, and strengthen relationships with key customers across the clinical portfolio. Working closely with internal teams, the Sales Manager will translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans, provide market intelligence, and drive business success through effective distributor management and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Drive achievement of annual sales targets by developing existing opportunities and generating new leads.
- Manage sales forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Deliver and report market trend information to support strategic marketing initiatives.
- Support and manage distributors against established KPIs to achieve annual business objectives.
- Expand business opportunities through product portfolio development and establishment of new regional distributors.
- Define distributor field activities and develop strategic business plans to support growth.
- Coach distributors in areas such as product positioning, sales strategy, and customer support.
- Manage distributor inventory levels to support customer satisfaction and product availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both distributors and key customers.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Service teams to promote Nova Biomedical product portfolios.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to address underserved segments.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and competitive awareness to deliver effective solutions to customers and distributors.
- Manage customer complaints and support issue resolution.

Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree required.




- 7+ years of experience within the medical device industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including distributor management responsibilities.
- Deep understanding of diagnostic laboratory medicine, pathology, and emergency medicine markets.
- Experience developing and executing New Product Introduction (NPI) strategies and lease business models.
- Experience presenting at seminars and engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Business proficiency in English and fluency in Korean.
- Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems such as Salesforce and Epicor.
- Strong communication, organizational, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory and other locations as needed.
- Field travel required approximately 50% or more.
- Ability to work independently in a customer-facing sales environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced commercial environment.
