HEAVENSAKE, a Franco-Japanese luxury sake house, is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support brand operations, marketing execution, and supply chain coordination across international markets. This role manages event logistics, POS supply chain, inventory tracking, digital marketing support, and financial administration for a brand built on Assemblage, precision, and craft.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate relationships with external partners, collaborators, and cultural institutions for events, exhibitions, and creative partnerships
- Manage requests for bottle supply, marketing materials, and content support for partner activations
- Coordinate POS material supply across global markets (US, EU, Middle East)
- Manage relationships with international suppliers, including sourcing, quotations, and negotiations
- Oversee production timelines and monitor manufacturing quality for POS, merchandise, and event assets
- Manage bottle allocation, warehouse operations, and inventory tracking systems
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments and logistics flows
- Support marketing automation (email, LinkedIn, event communications)



and blog content coordination
- Manage B2C digital communications and inbox coordination
- Process invoices, manage payment approvals, and track subscriptions and recurring expenses

Qualifications

- 3–5 years in marketing coordination, operations, or a comparable role
- Strong organizational and project management skills; comfortable multitasking across markets
- Experience with international suppliers and logistics coordination
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and automation platforms
- Detail-oriented, with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus
- Interest in luxury, hospitality, or the beverage world highly desirable
- Real curiosity about AI tools
