This includes end-to-end responsibility for the production process, from raw material processing to finished product output, as well as the maintenance function; /li liDirect and manage all aspects of daily manufacturing operations and maintenance; /li liDevelop and execute production strategies to achieve volume, cost, and quality targets; /li liLead and develop production managers, supervisors, and employees, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence; /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives in line with Mondi’s operational excellence methodologies; /li liDrive implementation of Mondi Management System (MMS) on site; /li liMonitor key production KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent performance; /li liDevelop and manage production budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures; /li liEnsure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies; /li liThe position reports directly to the Managing Director. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 pbYour profile /b : /p ul li10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role; /li liMaster’s degree in Paper Technology, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related technical field; alternatively, a full degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Process Engineering; /li liSolid understanding of production equipment, including location, function, and operating principles within a manufacturing environment; /li liStrong understanding of paper and PfR processes, equipment and quality systems; /li liPrior experience in the paper and/or mechanical manufacturing industry; /li liProven managerial and leadership capabilitie; /li liTrack record in implementing CI initiatives; /li liExcellent organizational, leadership,
