ppWe are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to support the Maintenance and CAPEX Organization by improving asset reliability, developing maintenance strategies, and providing engineering expertise to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective plant operations. The ideal candidate will also participate in a development program called Growing in Manufacturing, focused on learning through on-the-job experience though process, specialty and factory rotations. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliReliability Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes (RCA). /liliDevelop and implement corrective actions to improve asset reliability. /liliMonitor equipment performance through KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, Availability). /liliIdentify recurring failures and propose permanent technical solutions. /li /ulh3Preventive Predictive Maintenance /h3ulliDevelop and optimize preventive maintenance plans. /liliIntroduce predictive maintenance techniques and condition monitoring. /liliImprove maintenance strategies based on equipment criticality. /liliReview maintenance procedures and standard job plans. /li /ulh3Engineering /h3ulliProvide technical support to Maintenance Leader and CAPEX Leader. /liliSupport troubleshooting of complex technical issues. /liliPrepare technical specifications for equipment modifications. /liliReview engineering solutions to improve maintainability and reliability. /li /ulh3Continuous Improvement in Maintenance /h3ulliIdentify opportunities to improve equipment performance. /liliLead reliability improvement initiatives. /liliStandardize maintenance practices across the plant. /liliPromote best engineering practice. /li /ulh3Capex support /h3ulliSupport design reviews for new equipment. /liliParticipate in FAT, SAT and commissioning activities. /liliEnsure maintainability requirements are considered during project execution. /liliSupport technical acceptance and handover to Operations. /li /ulh3Asset performance /h3ulliMonitor asset health and maintenance effectiveness. /liliAnalyze maintenance costs and identify optimization opportunities. /liliSupport spare parts optimization. /liliMaintain technical documentation and engineering standards.
