This role leads physical security operations across multiple sites, reporting directly to the Cluster Security Manager. /p pKey aspects of the role include: /p ul liManaging day‑to‑day physical security operations /li liMaintaining site security posture /li liOverseeing security guard force vendors /li liEnsuring compliance with AWS security standards /li /ul pWe maintain the foundation of AWS cloud services, ensuring continuous availability of computing resources for our customers worldwide. /p pThe ideal candidate will combine security operations expertise with strong leadership abilities. We offer comprehensive professional development opportunities and the chance to shape the security of one of the world’s largest cloud providers. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 h3Security Operations Management /h3 ul liManage on‑site physical security operations for Data Centers /li liOversee access control systems, guard force operations, and vendor contracts /li liConduct risk assessments, security audits, and incident reporting /li liGenerate and analyze security metrics /li liImplement and maintain CCTV monitoring systems and media security protocols /li liEnsure protection of customer data through robust security measures /li /ul h3Process and Policy Management /h3 ul liImplement new security processes while maintaining compliance with Amazon policies /li liDevelop and execute security plans for special events /li liCreate evacuation procedures and emergency response protocols /li liEstablish benchmarks for security performance /li liDesign customized policies to meet internal and external regulations /li /ul h3Relationship Management /h3 ul liBuild and maintain partnerships with internal teams (DC Engineering, DC Operations) /li liCoordinate with external partners (Vendors, Emergency Services)



/li liSupervise security contractors and monitor their performance /li liCollaborate with global security teams /li /ul h3Project Management /h3 ul liDeliver security projects within specified timelines and budgets /li liProvide regular status updates to stakeholders /li liIdentify and address safety and security deficiencies /li liConduct data analysis to support risk assessments /li liTravel to other geographic regions as required /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years in public or private security industry /li liCorporate/DC security experience with a global company /li liProven track record in business continuity and operational security /li liExperience writing and publishing security standards Technical Knowledge /li liStrong working knowledge of physical security systems and components /li liExpertise in security metrics and trend analysis /li liAbility to develop and deliver security awareness training programs /li liUnderstanding of crisis operations and risk management /li liExperience in managing daily operations and strategic program planning /li liTrack record of building international and cross-functional relationships /li liAbility to work independently and lead global teams /li liDemonstrated project management capabilities Communication /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills /li liConfident presentation abilities at all organizational levels /li liExperience in crisis communication /li liHigh attention to detail and accuracy Problem‑Solving /li liAbility to analyze technical requirements /li liStrong decision‑making and prioritization skills /li liResults‑oriented approach to challenges /li liExperience in risk assessment and mitigation Other Requirements /li liValid driver’s license (must use personal vehicle between locations) /li liWillingness to travel internationally /li liAbility to work in an international environment /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liLegal Investigative Expertise /li liComprehensive knowledge of investigative laws and practices /li liExperience conducting security investigations /li liUnderstanding of workplace safety regulations and compliance Technical Expertise /li liAdvanced knowledge of security technology, including access control systems o CCTV operations, identification systems,
